No. A short link lives with the service that created it, so it keeps redirecting. What you lose is the local history — the list of the ones you made. Does it work offline? Shortening does not: the service has to answer. The history you already have and the QR codes for it open without a connection. Can I get a QR code? Yes, for every short link. Save it as an image and put it on a slide, a poster or a label. Does it count the clicks? The app does not track anything. Some of the services show their own click stats on their site for the links they made — that is theirs, not ours.
