Wotter

Wotter is the anonymous feedback app your workplace actually pay attention to. Real change at work starts with honest conversations. The kind that don't happen in 1:1s, exit interviews, or the dreaded annual survey. Wotter gives you a quiet, private way to say what's really going on - so the people running the place can do something about it. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Answer short daily questions about how work is going: leadership, pay, workload, wellbeing, recognition, and more • Send anonymous notes when something's on your mind • Recognise teammates who've gone above and beyond • See how things have shifted over time with personal insights • Speak Up safely when you need to raise something serious HOW THE ANONYMITY WORKS Your name is never attached to an answer. Your team sees what you say, never who said it. We've built every part of the app around that promise - it's the floor everything else stands on. WHY WOTTER Engagement surveys gather dust. Wotter doesn't. Short questions, honest answers, and dashboards that put your feedback in front of the people who can act on it. Questions? [email protected]
