Blanket & Riding - Hot Horse

At AlelinApps, keeping horses healthy is personal. That's why we built Hot Horse. When the weather heats up, we worry about overworking our equine partners. When it turns cold, we want them comfortable, in top condition, and ready to work under the right blanket or rug. We don't sell horse blankets, so we have no reason to recommend anything we don't honestly believe in. Built by equestrians for equestrians, we use this app as much as our customers do. We're right there with you, from the stable to the arena. KNOW THE HEAT BEFORE YOU RIDE Get the current Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) Index for your horse right on your phone or watch. No more checking the weather and then trying to work out whether it's safe to exercise. Whether you're schooling dressage, heading out on a trail ride, warming up for barrel racing or pole bending, or getting ready to compete at a rodeo or horse show, Hot Horse tells you when heat becomes a risk. Plan rides and workouts up to 7 days ahead. Hot Horse updates the index every four hours, and you can switch between sun and shade readings. BLANKETING MADE SIMPLE Blanketing has always been a headache for horse owners. Which blanket goes on tonight? Does my horse need a turnout rug for an hour or two outside? What is an LCT (Lower Critical Temperature), and how does it apply to my horse? There are plenty of scholarly articles out there, but who can account for everything, every time? Hot Horse applies consistent standards so you can make blanketing decisions with confidence. You should still evaluate your horse and adjust the recommendation as needed. HOT HORSE PRO Hot Horse Pro factors age, body condition, recent weather, precipitation, and wind chill into every recommendation, so your Thoroughbred, Quarter Horse, or Warmblood gets advice that fits. You can't beat it! Pro updates the index every 30 minutes and adds hourly and daily planning views. Change your location anytime, perfect for traveling to AQHA shows, FEI competitions, eventing weekends, or the hunter/jumper circuit, and keep all your data at your fingertips. From cutting and roping to the show ring: know when to work, when to rest, and how to blanket. - Auto-renewable subscriptions: 1 Month Subscription with Trial ($0.99) 3 Month Subscription with Trial ($1.99) 6 Month Subscription with Trial ($2.99) 1 Year Subscription with Trial ($3.99) - Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
