About FitnessRec
Every signal. One place. FitnessRec is a diary for your whole body. Workouts, food, sleep, labs, wearables and the compounds you take are logged in one place, connected to each other, and explained by an AI assistant that has actually read your data. THE DIARY • Five tabs, one day: nutrition, workouts, body, supplements and biology, so a bad night's sleep sits right next to the session that caused it. • Food down to the micronutrient: six million foods, barcode and photo scans, dishes, meal plans, fasting and daily targets. • Workouts as programs, live sessions and completed sets, logged on your iPhone or straight from the Apple Watch on your wrist. • Body measurements, weight, body composition, progress photos and videos. BIOLOGY, FROM YOUR OWN BASELINES • Strain, recovery, sleep and stress scores computed from your own history, not from population averages. • HRV, resting heart rate, SpO₂, skin temperature, respiratory rate, blood pressure and glucose, with trends you can scrub day by day. • Sleep stages, heart rate, HRV and SpO₂ for every night. • An estimated biological age, and your ECG recordings with the rhythm result from the device that took them. All of these are estimates for your information, not a diagnosis. LABS AND DNA • Upload bloodwork, DXA scans and genetic tests. Results are mapped to the metrics they change and kept next to everything else you track. COMPOUNDS • Log supplements and medications by dose and time, and see what is in your system right now with live concentration curves. • Check interactions against the literature, with sources, and factor in your pharmacogenomics when you upload a genetic test. AI ASSISTANT • Chat or talk by voice with an assistant that reads your diary before it answers. Ask it to explain a score, compare weeks or draft a program from your history. FLOW STUDIO • Wire metrics, device sources, formulas and AI steps into flows on a canvas. Run them on demand, pin the result to your diary, or share it. DEVICES • Health data flows in from Apple Health and from your watch, ring, scale, cuff and glucose monitor. Widgets and watch faces keep today's numbers one glance away. PROGRESS AND PEOPLE • Personal records, strength standards and analytics. • A feed and messages for the people you train with, with reporting and blocking built in. PRIVATE MODE • Keep everything on your device. The same app, running fully local, and you can move back to the cloud whenever you want. PLANS The diary, device sync and charts are free. Gold unlocks the AI assistant, the deeper compound tools and unlimited progress media. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your account settings after purchase. YOUR DATA Your health data is stored in your account and used to power the app's features. Cloud AI features are optional and off until you enable them; a request sends only the data needed to answer it to the AI providers named in the app, and none of them use your data to train their models. Apple Health data is never used for advertising. Full detail in the privacy policy. Terms of Use: https://fitnessrec.com/termsofuse Privacy Policy: https://fitnessrec.com/privacypolicy Note: This app integrates with the Apple Health app. With your permission it reads workouts, steps, distance, energy, heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, sleep, wrist temperature, blood pressure, body measurements, ECG recordings and reproductive health data for your diary and scores, and writes the workouts and nutrition you log here back to Apple Health.
