What’s new
Version 3.4.0 · Updated October 17, 2026
Version 3.4 Nirito OFFLINE MOUNTAINS & MAPS - The mountain database and offline maps now share one page. You'll find countries in a list by continent and on a map, and for each one you can see at a glance what's already on your phone. - Offline maps download in the background, so you no longer have to wait with the app open. You can see the progress right next to the country. - All downloaded maps work at once, and you don't have to switch them on in the Maps menu. Where you don't have an offline map, the online map fills in. NEW MAPS - New Cycle, Winter and Outdoor dark maps. - The Aerial Map has become Satellite: it covers the whole world and also shows hiking trails, roads and names. The Base Map is now called ČÚZK. - Maps that need the internet are greyed out when you're offline. - You can show names on the map in English, German, Spanish, Czech, Slovak or Polish. MOUNTAIN SUGGESTIONS - The form for suggesting a new mountain or an edit is clearer. Its map shows other people's suggestions nearby. - In the My suggestions tab you can follow how your suggestions are doing, and rejected ones show the reason. - A suggestion sent without a signal goes out once you're back online. VISITS & PHOTOS - Saving and syncing visits is more reliable. Unsent visits are sent by themselves as soon as you're connected. - Each photo shows who will see it, and a tap changes it. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS - The map is faster, especially with offline maps. - The altitude filter is off by default and also shows mountains below sea level and above 6,000 m. - You can turn off the animation after saving a visit in General settings. - Lots of small fixes.
