CONTACTLESS MEETING BOOKING: Activate this feature to be able to scan a QR code on the app with your own device and continue using Clearooms without having to touch a shared tablet. FULL CALENDAR INTEGRATION: Clearooms will fully integrate with Outlook and GSuite. Continue to book meeting rooms in your usual way, or use the Clearooms calendar to schedule meetings in the portal. AUTOMATED ROOM RELEASE: Check-in on the app within a set timeframe to confirm your meeting. If no-one taps, the room is automatically released for others to use, no more wasted meeting rooms.
