PomoFlow - Focus flow

The PomoFlow lets you get things done by breaking up individual tasks among discrete intervals, separated by short breaks. Working for 25 minutes, then take a short break to relax your mind and get moving. After four sessions, take a 15 minutes break. By working one task at a time, you won't be distracted and can focus all your attention on completing that goal. Any distraction from work can and should wait until the break between sessions. This method helps you to keep a high energy level, stimulates creativity, and elevates a sense of accomplishment. Using the PomoFlow app can help you be more organized and finish everything on time. Features: ・ Adjust the duration of the Pomo session, short and long break. ・ Auto-start the next session ・ Possibility to start/stop/skip/extend the current session. ・ Set your daily goal (number of Pomo sessions per day) ・ Track your progress with the chart and event list ・ Support iCloud ・ Receive alarm notifications, even when the app is running in the background.
