Recorda

One app to quickly and simply record anything you want to remember and recall later. Easy. Instantly capture things you've done and want to do. Quickly recall them when you need to. Avoid using separate apps for notes, bookmarks, rating restaurants, places, books, beers, or anything else. Location Based. Location and map integrations provide context for your memories. Remember where you were when you tried that great thing, or saw that cool place you want to visit. Personal. Your information belongs to you. Avoid "free" big tech services that track your activities. Your history, your interests, and your ideas are stored securely and privately in iCloud.
