About Xooloo: Messenger for Kids

Xooloo is a safer first messenger made for kids. Nothing happens without an invitation your child accepts, and you can see who they talk to, while their conversations stay their own. Kids chat and video-call their friends and family with their very own Xavatar, the cartoon character they create. Xooloo works on a phone or a tablet, with or without a SIM card. FOR PARENTS - By invitation only: nobody can add your child as a contact or to a group without their OK. - Before joining a group, your child sees who is in it, and can say no. - You can see your child's contacts and the members of their groups, and you're notified when they add someone new. - Their messages stay private: you don't read their conversations. - Your child doesn't need a phone number, and you don't need a Facebook account. - You can suggest contacts, like grandparents or cousins. Your child chooses whether to accept them. - Parental consent is required for children under 13. - No ads, and Xooloo doesn't sell or trade your family's personal information. - We don't try to maximize the time your child spends in the app. FOR KIDS - Create your own Xavatar and change it whenever you like. - Chat with your friends and family. - Make video and audio calls, one-on-one or in a group. - Send hearts, kisses, confetti… or a pie in the face! - Never miss a friend's birthday. - Play the weekly quiz. - Share contacts to help your friends connect. HOW IT WORKS 1. Your child creates their Xavatar and enters your mobile number. 2. You get a text message and approve their account. 3. Your child invites friends and family with their Xooloo ID, email address or phone number, and accepts the invitations they want. PRICING Chatting and calling are free. Optional in-app purchases let parents give their child extra items for their Xavatar. Questions? Write to us at [email protected].
