Kevin-Mitipi - keeps you safe

KEVIN® — Your HOME. Never ALONE. KEVIN® is the world's smartest and most innovative burglary prevention device — and this is the app that brings it to life. While you're away, KEVIN® creates a convincing illusion of occupancy across any environment — combining realistic sounds with dynamic light effects and moving shadows. It randomly switches between activities: TV viewing and household movement for homes, machinery and industrial noise for warehouses and factories, all with lights turning on and off. Every sound and light effect works in perfect unison, as sophisticated and natural as a real person on the premises. To an outsider, someone is clearly there. Since 2019, KEVIN® has a perfect record: zero burglaries while active. Not one. Up and running in seconds — no installation, no hassle. LIGHT, SHADOW & SOUND — ALL IN ONE: KEVIN® doesn't just play sounds — it simulates real human activity. Dynamic light effects and moving shadows are always paired and perfectly synchronized with sounds matched to the environment: TV and household noise for homes, machine and industrial sounds for warehouses and factories. Everything changes randomly, just like real life — as sophisticated as a human would be. SOUNDS THAT FIT YOUR SPACE: Choose from a curated preset library matched to home, business, and industrial environments — or record and use your own sounds for a truly personal touch. SMART AUTOMATION, ZERO EFFORT: Geofencing activates KEVIN® the moment you leave — and if multiple people share a home, everyone simply signs into the same Mitipi account. No one forgets to activate KEVIN® again. Custom schedules make holiday planning effortless: set it once and KEVIN® takes care of the rest while you're away Personalize activity settings room by room MANAGE MULTIPLE KEVIN® DEVICES IN ONE APP: Running a holiday home, multiple rooms, an office, warehouse, or factory? Add as many KEVIN® devices as you need and control them all from a single app. ALWAYS IN CONTROL: Check your KEVIN®'s status from anywhere in the world. Keep it updated with the latest improvements, all from within the app. MAKE IT YOURS: KEVIN®'s magnetic front cover snaps off and on with a single finger — swap it in seconds to change the color to red, blue, brown, white, or orange. The same KEVIN®, a whole new look. BONUS: BLUETOOTH SPEAKER: At home, use KEVIN® as a Bluetooth speaker — with audio quality that outperforms smartphones and computers.
