About CredMinder: License Tracker

CredMinder keeps track of when your licenses, certifications and cards expire, and reminds you before each one does. It was built by a paramedic. FOR EMS, FIRE AND NURSING Add your NREMT card, your state EMT or paramedic license, ACLS, BLS, PALS and CPR. Flight crews can add FP-C and CCP-C. Nurses can add their license and CEU deadlines. It works for anything with an expiration date, including a driver's license or a fire certification. REMINDERS Pick how far ahead you want to hear about each one, from a few days to several weeks. Reminders live on your phone, so they fire even with no signal. Open the app once in a while and it keeps them up to date. THE CARD AND THE PAPERWORK Take a photo of the front and back of a card, or attach the PDF your licensing board emailed you. When HR or your coordinator asks for proof, it's already in your pocket. PDF attachments come with Pro and Unlimited. Photos work on every plan. EXPORT Turn a credential into a PDF and send it by email, message or AirDrop. Handy for onboarding packets, audits and recert paperwork. Included on every plan. WHAT'S DUE NEXT Your list is split into expired, expiring soon and current, and each group is sorted by date. Whatever you need to renew next sits at the top. ON ALL YOUR DEVICES Sign in on iPhone or iPad, or go to credminder.bepreparededu.com in a browser. Your credentials belong to your account, so they follow you. PRIVACY Other users can't see your credentials. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can turn on Face ID or Touch ID, and the app will ask for it each time you come back. It also hides your credentials in the app switcher. WHO USES IT - EMTs, paramedics, flight medics and firefighters - Nurses, physicians and other licensed clinicians - Realtors, pilots, contractors, teachers and anyone else who holds a license PLANS Free: up to 3 credentials Pro: up to 10 credentials and PDF attachments. $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year Unlimited: no credential limit and PDF attachments. $4.99 a month or $44.99 a year Every plan, Free included, gets photo attachments, reminders, PDF export, the biometric lock and the web app. If you downgrade, nothing you have already saved is deleted. CredMinder is made by Be Prepared Education LLC. We don't sell your data. What’s new

Version 2.1.0 · Updated October 18, 2026

2.1.0 adds PDF attachments, and a credential list that leads with what needs doing. PDF ATTACHMENTS Attach the PDF a licensing board sent you to any credential, alongside or instead of a photo. Open it in the app, export it, or delete it. Available on Pro and Unlimited; a PDF you already have stays readable and deletable if your plan changes. A LIST THAT LEADS WITH WHAT MATTERS Credentials are grouped by status — expired, expiring soon, current — and sorted by date inside each group. Filters and search keep the same order, and an expiring credential no longer looks like one that expires next year. REMINDERS Tapping a reminder now opens the credential it is about. Reminders are scheduled on your device — open the app now and then so it can keep them current. SECURITY AND PRIVACY - The biometric lock now covers every screen, not just the first one. - The app switcher shows a cover instead of your credentials. - Cached copies of your documents are removed when you sign out or delete your account. - Signing out no longer turns off the biometric lock you chose. - The typefaces the app uses are now bundled in the app, so it no longer contacts a font service on first launch or during a PDF export. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE - "Can't unlock? Sign out" on the lock screen, for a device whose Face ID or Touch ID enrolment has changed. - Deleting your account warns you first if you have an active subscription, and tells you where to cancel it. - Clearing a field now saves. Previously an emptied expiration date or note could come back. - Large text sizes no longer clip the credential card, and Edit and Delete are reachable with VoiceOver. - Your plan's credential limit now also applies while you search. - The paywall shows the price the App Store reports, in your own currency.
