With our cloud-based system, your maintenance team can easily see and manage their assigned work orders, make readies and inspections, in real-time, and stay connected with managers, residents, and other technicians through our central communication platform. Our badge and coins system gamifies the maintenance process, motivating your team to get the job done while adding an element of enjoyment to their work. Techs can use the AppWork app to contact residents, upload photos/videos, add comments, complete tasks, and perform other simple actions. New Pick the category yourself. When you create a work order in the app, you can now choose the category or change the one the app suggests. If the suggestion isn't right, fix it on the spot instead of leaving it for someone else to sort out later. Fixes Vendor work orders no longer look unassigned. Work orders handed to a vendor were showing up as unassigned. They now show who they're actually with. The app stopped closing when you switch work orders. Moving between several work orders could shut the app down. It doesn't anymore. Work orders load again. Some techs had work orders that wouldn't load no matter how many times they refreshed, and a few were getting signed out over and over. Both are sorted. Inspection photos and comments show up where they should. Photos and comments on completed inspections were saved but didn't appear on the inspection page or in the PDF. They're back where you expect them. Comments translate again. Technician comments weren't being translated between English and Spanish. They are now. Fewer surprise shutdowns. We tracked down a couple of errors that could close the app with no warning. Small Touches A tip when you long press. Long pressing an unassigned task list puts you in bulk-select mode. The app now tells you that instead of waiting for you to stumble onto it. A smoother home screen. The header moves more smoothly, and it stays open when there isn't enough on screen to scroll. Behind the Scenes Better clues when something breaks. The app records more detail when a problem happens, so we spot it and fix it faster.
