### Inspections **Signatures, now with range.** "Approval" is now "Signature" across inspections. Need a vendor, inspector, or delivery driver to sign off? Enter their name and email or phone at the bottom of the inspection, and the request goes out when you tap Complete. A confirmation screen shows who got it and how, with a resend button in case it wanders off. **Missing resident? Fix it on the spot.** If a unit inspection has no resident attached, you can now pick one from the unit's resident list, right inside the inspection or when you tap Complete. No more calling the office to patch it. Contact info stays partially masked, so you see enough to confirm and nothing more. ### Tasks **Your stuff comes first.** The Tasks screen now opens on Assigned to Me, and the tabs are reordered so your work sits up front, followed by Other Open or Unassigned, then Schedule. Less digging to find your own day. ### Home Screen **The greeting knows when to step aside.** Scroll down and the home screen header shrinks into a compact bar that still shows your stars and coins. More tasks on screen, less thumb cardio. Scroll back to the top and the full "Good morning" returns. Coins stay tappable in the small version. ### Work Orders **A practice round for Work Orders.** Techs can now run a guided tutorial covering actions, time tracking, updates, photos, and conditional requirements, all without touching a real Work Order. Already a pro? Skip it. Want a refresher? It lives in Settings. ### Bug Fixes **Logging out now actually logs you out.** On shared devices, signing out with the "log me out of Single Sign-On (SSO)" option didn't fully sign you out, so the next tech landed in your account. Awkward for everyone. Fixed. Pass the tablet freely. **"Assign to me" does what it says.** Some techs tapped the self-assign button and got a whole lot of nothing. The button was there. The settings were right. The Work Order just wasn't listening. It listens now.
