PlayFit — Personal Trainer

You don't lack strength. You have too many decisions. PlayFit decides your daily session and explains why. You just train. EVERY DAY, YOUR SESSION 8-12 minutes, no equipment, wherever you are. Composed each morning from your real week: your workouts, your sleep, your heart rate and how yesterday went. TELL IT HOW YOU ARE Sore shoulder? Only 15 minutes? Say it in your own words and the session adapts on the spot. THE WHY, ALWAYS Every session comes with its reason: why these exercises, why today. No generic routines — judgment that understands your week. IT LEARNS FROM YOU No forms, no setup. Train, say how it went, and your level, rests and exercises adjust on their own. YOUR PROGRESS, TOLD A fitness test every four weeks — identical to itself — tells you how much you've really improved. Your week reads like a coach would tell it, not like a stats dashboard. WITH YOUR HEALTH DATA, IF YOU WANT Connect Health and today's session accounts for your rest and real effort. Your health data never leaves your iPhone. Intelligence runs on your device and on Apple's Private Cloud Compute: your data is never used to train models or shared with third parties. PlayFit is a subscription with a 14-day free trial.
