Matched & Merged: Shape Puzzle

Matched & Merged is a calm puzzle about planning ahead. Place shapes on the board; three or more of the same shape that touch merge into the next one: Triangle, Square, Pentagon, Hexagon, Octagon, Circle and finally the gold Star. PLAN THREE PIECES AHEAD The queue under the board shows the next three pieces, so you can set up a merge before its piece arrives. Some pieces come as a pair; tap the pair to turn it before you place it. GOALS THAT PAY OUT There is always a goal on the card at the top of the board: make a Hexagon, score 250 points, place 40 pieces, make two merges in one move. Complete it to earn coins, and the next goal appears. Your place in the goals is kept between games. UNDO A MOVE Take back your last placement up to three times a game, for free. Spend coins to discard a piece you cannot use. CHAINS AND STAR BURSTS One placement can set off a chain of merges, each one bigger than the last. Three Stars make a Star burst that clears every tile around it. ALSO - No timer and no lives: play at your own pace. - Continue a game right where you left it. - A summary after every game: highest shape, merges, longest chain, pieces placed and coins earned. - Clear, high-contrast shapes you can tell apart by their outline, not only by color. - Levels, a Game Center leaderboard, and a score you can share with friends. - Plays offline.
