By monitoring both internal and ambient temperatures, it brings clarity and control to every cook, whatever’s on the menu. Multiple sensors track both the internal temperature of your food and the surrounding heat, helping the thermometer respond accurately as cooking conditions change. A clear temperature graph lets you see how both temperatures develop over time, giving you a better understanding of how your cook is progressing. Charging is quick and flexible. A full charge takes just 45 minutes using the included dock and USB charger, delivering up to 24 hours of runtime** for longer cooks like slow-roasted brisket.
