MYSTC

Stop Wasting Hours on Manual Data Entry. Built specifically for small trucking companies and owner-operators, MYSTC TMS bridges the gap between dispatchers and drivers. Eliminate manual data entry, streamline your back office, and keep your trucks moving. Key Features Include: * QuickLoad Rate Confirmation Scanner - never manually type on a load details screen again. Simply upload or scan any PDF rate confirmation sheet. Our intelligent scanner extracts the broker details, origin/destination, dates, and linehaul rates to build an active load in seconds. * Driver Settlements - Stop wrestling with messy spreadsheets. Track deductions, fuel advances, and base pay automatically. * Fast Customer Invoicing - Generate professional invoices the moment a load is delivered and send them directly to your customers. Driver Companion App - Set up your drivers on this same app where they can see only information pertinent to their own loads. Drivers see exactly what they are hauling, where it goes, and when it needs to be there - no confusing text threads required. * Transparent Settlements - Drivers can track their completed trips and see exactly what they have gotten paid on. * Instant document uploads - Drivers can snap a crisp photo of the BOL or signed POD right from their cab and attach it right to the load. State of the art scanning features allow for legibility checks, auto enhancement of scanned documents, and more.
