About REALITi
REALITi is a new simulation ecosystem incorporating a realistic patient condition simulator and video review in a single system. Starting with 2 iPads, REALITi is a highly advanced patient monitor simulator which mimics proprietary monitors and defibrillators. By expanding the system with more iPads, a complete in-situ simulator can be created. Add REALITi Chart to use a simulated patient electronic medical record. Add REALITi Camera to incorporate live audio video streaming with vital sign display. Optionally stream via AirPlay to Apple TV. Instant video review once the simulation has ended is built into the system. Add REALITi Engage to allow observers to comment, vote and view media. Alarms Updated LP35 patient profile alarm limits for heart rate, EtCO₂, SpO₂ and NIBP when switching between Adult, Paediatric and Neonatal profiles. The displayed patient type and alarm limits now match the selected profile, with Adult used by default when operating independently. Added configurable respiratory rate alarm limits and high/low notifications to Capnostream 35 monitor profiles. Updated GE CARESCAPE monitor profiles with corrected SpO₂ Pleth alarm limit indicators and added EtCO₂ and temperature alarm profiles with visual and audible alerts. Improved Philips HeartStart MRx EtCO₂ alarms to trigger and display the appropriate message when readings exceed configured limits. Improved Welch Allyn Connex alarm profiles so parameter limits display and update correctly across patient age groups. Corrected alarm limits that could remain at 0 and added missing NIBP systolic, diastolic, MAP, SpO₂, Pulse Rate and Temperature limits with the appropriate age profile values. Lifepak 15 Improved AED audio guidance so the “Start CPR” prompt plays after “Analysing now — stand clear” for shockable rhythms when the timer is enabled. Alarm tones are now muted in AED mode. Corrected AED event timestamps so pressing Event records a Generic event and timestamp without opening the menu or switching to manual mode. Mindray BeneHeart D3 Updated the Mindray D3 device skin for greater accuracy during Manual Defibrillation, including the EtCO₂ waveform and an improved impedance bar layout. Mindray BeneHeart D30 AED mode now plays voice prompts matching the selected language, with English used when translated audio is unavailable.
