Thank you for choosing Safelight! 4320 Kenilwood Dr Suite 105 Nashville TN 37204 615-649-8830 safelightimaging.com [email protected] Safelight Imaging began out of the need for personalized, high quality photofinishing in Nashville, TN. Why Safelight? A safelight is a commonly red colored bulb used in traditional darkroom printing processes. The use of red bulbs allows the photographer to see what they are doing while they are creating their prints, without fogging their paper, thus ruining their image. While we may not be operating in a darkroom anymore, Safelight aims to provide that same sense of illumination on the processes of printmaking and finishing. As we aim to shed light on the lab experience, we want every client to feel involved and confident in the process, whether they come to us to create a one-of-a-kind fine art print, create a photo book from their phone photos, or bring their film to be developed. Safelight is more than a drop off point, it is a place for your memories to be illuminated again, to take on new life in a way that involves you in the process. Our staff is creative and supportive, ready to offer fresh ideas and help you to arrive at your creative vision. Our space is conducive to the creative process; artists, photographers, and hobbyists alike can feel free to meet and mingle, to share ideas and support each other. Safelight is more than just a lab that cranks out pictures, it is a haven for memories and moments to come alive.
