What's New in JobWatch v7.5.5 Highlights Choosing a job result is now a deliberate step. The Job Result field starts empty and the app asks you to pick one before you can finish, so a job can no longer be closed with a result you never actually chose. Switching between customer accounts on one device is cleaner too: each account now sees only its own site assets, categories and tasks straight after you switch, with no restart needed. We have also fixed a cursor jump that made vehicle-check answers hard to type, and made it clear what to do when camera access is switched off. New Features Pick your job result before you finish The Job Result field on the completion screen no longer fills itself in with the first option. It shows "Select a result" until you choose one, and if you tap Finish without choosing you will see a reminder that the job result is mandatory. Job types with only one possible result still select it for you, and a result set by a worksheet answer works as before. Remove a repeated task you added by mistake If you add an extra copy of a repeatable task and did not mean to, swipe left on it to delete it. Only copies that have not been started can be removed, and the original task always stays. Bug Fixes - Typing an answer during a vehicle check while raising a defect no longer jumps the cursor into the defect note after one character. - Taking or replacing an asset photo with camera access switched off now tells you camera access is off and offers to open Settings, instead of showing a blank camera screen. - After switching to another customer account, that account's asset categories and job assets load automatically without restarting the app or pulling to refresh. - Signing out or switching accounts now fully closes the previous account's task data, so the next account only ever sees its own tasks. - Job details keep updating with new attachments and changes from the office after you visit Site Assets, invoicing items or the completion screen and come back. - Opening a job's To-Do tab straight after logging in no longer shows an empty list with a Retry button while the app is still starting up. - Site assets sync correctly during the first session after a fresh install, with no relaunch needed. - Receiving jobs makes fewer requests for asset information, so jobs with assets are ready sooner and use less data.
