About TimeEd tímaskráningakerfi
TimeEd heldur utan um verkefnastjórnun, tímaskráningu og viðveru starfsfólks. Þetta er íslensk hugbúnaðarlausn fyrir fyrirtæki sem vilja einfalda tímaskráningu, verkefnastjórnun og viðveru á sjálfvirkan hátt. Forritið tengir saman stjórnendur og starfsfólk, eykur gagnsæi, sparar tíma og dregur úr kostnaði. Helstu eiginleikar: - Rauntímaskráning á staðsetningu starfsfólks (við inn og útstimplun verkþátts) og stöðu verkefna. - Skilaboðakerfi er innbyggt í hvern verkþátt, þar sem starfsmenn nota það til að samskipta sín á milli um hvert verk. - Sjálfvirk skráning á vinnutíma, veikindum og orlof. - Einn smellur á reikninga til að einfalda bókhald. - Fljótleg framleiðsla á sérsniðnum skýrslum. TimeEd er í boði á 9 tungumálum: íslensku, ensku, pólska, úkraínsku, litháensku, lettnesku, rússnesku, spænsku og eistnesku. Að auki tengist TimeEd DK, Payday og Regla bókhaldskerfum, sem gerir það að fullkomnum valkosti fyrir fyrirtæki.
