AppearMe is the only on-demand and real time marketplace for all your law firm and litigation support needs. Finding appearance, deposition and freelance attorneys take 60 seconds. The latest legal practice management suite, AppearMe Manage, is a free tool to manage your entire team, events and tasks, as well as all contacts. Workflow automation lets you calendar your procedural and internal set of tasks/events to all matters with one click. AppearMe Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription: $9.95 per month or $99.00 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your device's subscription settings. AppearMe Manage is now in the app: run your firm's matters from your phone, right alongside the AppearMe Peer. AppearMe Manage • Matters: browse, search, filter, create and edit. Each matter keeps its overview, calendar, events, tasks, notes, files, time entries, workflow and activity log in one place. • Contacts: clients and peer attorneys together, with import from your phone. • Events, tasks and notes with reminders. • Time tracking with a running total per matter. • Attach documents and photos to a matter. • Reusable workflows: preview what a template will schedule, then apply it. • Personal and firm dashboards, an activity feed, and live updates as colleagues make changes. • Switch between AppearMe Peer and AppearMe Manage from the header. AI assistant • Ask about your firm's matters and documents. Answers cite the document and page. • Attach a file and ask about it, or reopen a past conversation. • Choose which documents it reads and set firm rules for it. • It asks before it changes anything. AppearMe Pro unlocks the AI assistant for your whole firm. AppearMe Peer • Appearance and deposition cards now show Remote or In person.
