About LMT Zvanu pārvaldnieks
- Zvanu pārsūtīšana ļauj sarunas laikā darbiniekam pārsūtīt ienākošo zvanu savam kolēģim. - Grupas zvani nodrošina iespēju sadalīt ienākošos zvanus starp darbiniekiem. Zvanam ienākot, visiem parādās paziņojums, un jebkurš var atbildēt. - Zvanu pārņemšana ļauj nekavējoties pārņemt kolēģim adresētu zvanu brīdī, kad viņš pats nevar atbildēt. - Pieejamības vadība automātiski sadala ienākošos zvanus starp darbiniekiem atkarībā no katra noslodzes. Atliek tikai norādīt savu statusu. - Balss pasts ļauj uzņēmuma klientiem ierunāt ziņojumus, kuri tiks novirzīti uz darbinieku mobilajiem tālruņiem. - Numura maiņa ļauj pirms zvanīšanas uzstādīt, lai klientam kā ienākošais zvans uzrādītos kāds no uzņēmuma numuriem, nevis darbinieka mobilā telefona numurs. Zvanu pārvaldnieks ļauj atteikties no fiksētajiem tālruņiem un dārgiem sakaru risinājumiem.
