About FireCloud by CFP

A redesigned FireCloud: a new home screen, properties on demand and smarter inspections. NEW HOME DASHBOARD • See your current or next assignment, Today's Schedule and your properties in one place • Today's Schedule opens full screen, marks finished assignments and shows dates for overnight jobs • A reminder appears when work orders are waiting for your signature • A warning appears while you have work that hasn't synced yet PROPERTIES ON DEMAND • The app downloads only your own properties, so sign-in and syncing are faster • See all the properties you have access to. Opening one that isn't on your device downloads it • Scanning a QR code finds properties that aren't downloaded yet • Manage downloaded properties in Settings and see download progress there INSPECTIONS • Weekly and Monthly inspection frequencies for pumps • The frequency list shows the shortest period first. Frequencies that don't apply to a device are shown but can't be picked • Fire Alarm Panel inspections ask you to fill in missing device details • New custom attributes for smoke control fans and dampers, and for low frequency sounder bases DEVICES • Deactivate or replace a device and keep its full inspection and service history • Fixed copying buildings and floors and moving devices on the map SERVICETRADE • Create properties from ServiceTrade customers and locations • Work orders show their ServiceTrade job reference FEEDBACK & UPDATES • Get notified when someone replies to your feedback. Unread replies are marked, and Mark All Read clears them • A new Product Updates screen shows what's new, and a banner tells you when an app update is available MORE IMPROVEMENTS • Choose location accuracy: Battery saver, Balanced or Precise • Share photos from the full-screen image viewer • Sign in with Face ID even when you're offline • Unsent work is kept when you sign out • New launch animation and a refreshed login screen • Faster startup, plus many sync and stability fixes
