Attendance and Time Sheets

Monitor attendance at your organization: - find out who is on site, - receive email alerts when your visitors arrive, - manage staff timesheets and download for use in your payroll system. Place iPads at your reception desk, construction sites, schools, community centers and other places of work. Have staff and visitors sign in when they arrive, and sign out when they leave. Impress your visitors: - replace your visitor log book, - print labels for visitors, - personalize the app with a welcome screen, logo and color scheme. Support your staff: - automate timesheets, - record in/out times and meal breaks for payroll, - log hours against activities or job codes. Enhance workplace health & safety: - let people sign in and out without touching the screen, - know who is on site at all times, - perform a roll call in an emergency. The app is supported by the Attendance Dashboard: - monitor and annotate in/out times and timesheets, - prepare and download timesheets, - review attendance history for companies and individuals.
