Suntan Workout is your personal tan coach with a stopwatch. Hit start, and voice prompts and sound alerts guide you through a carefully calculated progression of tanning sessions, from short to longer ones. And don't forget your suntan lotion. HOW DOES IT WORK? A successful workout is only possible when you give your body the right amount of exercise and rest. The same happens with your skin when you expose it to the sun and then give it time to rest in the shade. Four types, each with its own dose. What is a careful first session for one person is a burn for another. • Today's sun. The app reads the live UV index where you are and trims or stretches the session to match. The dose stays the same; the clock does not. No fixed numbers, and nothing guessed. USE YOUR SKIN'S FULL POTENTIAL • Follow eight sessions that build from a short first exposure to a long one, a step at a time, like a training plan. • Turn through five positions — front, back, both sides, and shade — announced out loud, so you can keep your eyes shut and your phone in your bag. • Take advantage of your skin's regenerative capabilities in the shade, which is where melanin production happens. • Rest between sessions. The app sets the recovery period from the dose you actually took, not from a fixed timer. • Tell it how your skin reacted afterwards. Answer "pink" or "burned" and it steps you back rather than pushing on. • Look back at every session you have run: when, where, how long, and under what UV. BUILD YOUR OWN SESSION (Premium) Sometimes you know your own skin better than a program does. Custom session lets you set the minutes for each of the five positions yourself.
