Timelabs Employee Self Service

Employees like the easy access and convenience provided by employee self-service module, while managers and HR personnel appreciate the transparency it offers along with time saving benefits. The biggest value that Employee Self-Service brings to a company includes the relief from some of the administrative work that comes with working in the Human Resources Department, as well as putting the accuracy of the information into the hands of the person who knows their information best, the employee. ESS creates a single, secure repository for confidential HR information and processes. It provides an easy-to-navigate environment that is accessible by all employees, regardless of where they are located 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access rights for each employee are established by HR and are typically determined by the employee's position in the company organizational hierarchy, department, and key job functions. ESS promises a "paperless" office, streamlined business processes, and the elimination of "administrivia" for human resource staff because employees and managers conduct basic transactions via computer that were formerly completed on paper forms and then processed by HR staff. ---------------------------- Please go to Privacy Policy for more information: https://www.timelabs.in/privacy-policy ---------------------------- Love Timelabs Employee Self Service, or need help?
