Sweetspot Check-In

Sweetspot Check-In lets golf club staff check players in at the first tee in seconds.

Built for starters, reception teams and marshals, it replaces the printed tee sheet with a live view of today's play, so you always know who has arrived, who is still to come, and how play is moving on the course.

Check players in
• A rolling feed of today's tee times, with the next group always at the top
• Check in one player, or a whole group with a single tap
• Mark no-shows, and undo a mistake instantly
• Search to find any player by name

See the whole day at a glance
• Live counts of who is checked in, still to come, and marked as a no-show
• Separate figures per course for clubs with more than one course
• Export the day's no-shows to share with the pro shop or the office

Keep play moving
• Log where a group is on the course when you meet them out on the round
• See at a glance whether a group is ahead, on pace, or behind
• Set the target round time and the number of holes for each course

Booking notes
• Add a note to any booking: lunch after the round, a buggy request, or anything the next colleague needs to know
• All of today's notes in one place, with the author and the time

Made for life at the tee
• Member or guest status, home club and handicap, at a glance
• Payment status on the player card, so an unpaid green fee is easy to spot
• Designed for one-handed use outdoors
• Available in English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, French, Spanish and Polish
