Saluxe Management is the day-to-day workbook for a salon: the appointment book,
the team, the customers and the money, in one app that works in Arabic, Kurdish
and English.

THE DAY, AT A GLANCE
See every stylist's column side by side, hour by hour. Booked hours, expected
revenue and how full the day is sit above the calendar, so you know where the day
stands before you look at a single appointment. Free gaps worth selling are listed
for you, and one tap turns a gap into a booking.

BOOK IN SECONDS
Pick the customer, the services, the stylist and the time on one screen. The app
knows how long each service takes, which hours the salon is open, and which slots
are already taken — so a booking that cannot work is never offered. Multiple
services, packages, rooms and discount codes are all handled.

THE VISIT, START TO FINISH
Confirm, start, and finish a visit from the same card. Finishing opens checkout:
add anything extra, take the payment, and the invoice is issued with the visit
attached to it.

THE TEAM
Working hours per stylist, leave requests, and attendance with an optional
check-in radius around the salon. Salaries are calculated from what each person
actually did — base, commission and rewards — and paid off the same screen.

CUSTOMERS WHO COME BACK
A record for every customer: what she books, what she spends, what she asked for
last time. Loyalty points accrue on their own, and notes travel with her to
whoever serves her next.

BOOKINGS THAT ARRIVE ON THEIR OWN
Customers can book through WhatsApp or your own booking page. Requests land in a
queue for you to confirm, and every hold expires on its own if nobody answers, so
the calendar never fills with bookings that were never real.

THE MONEY, HONESTLY
Income and expenses by month and by category, unpaid invoices, debts either way,
and nine months of income against expense on one chart. Every figure is the
salon's own; nothing is estimated.

BUILT FOR THE WAY SALONS ACTUALLY RUN
Arabic, Kurdish and English, right-to-left throughout. Roles decide what each
person sees, so a stylist opens her own day and an owner opens the whole salon.

Saluxe Management is for salons using Saluxe. New salons register in the app and
are activated by our team; if your salon already uses Saluxe, sign in with the
phone number your manager registered.
