Sly Fox Appointments

Sly Fox Appointments ("Sly") is an encrypted, on-device appointment and client manager for service professionals — tattoo artists, stylists, massage therapists, trainers, and anyone who needs to keep client work private.

The whole app runs offline. There is no account to create, no server to sign in to, no analytics, no cloud sync. Everything you enter — clients, appointments, services, notes, photos — stays on your phone in an encrypted vault. We can't see it. No one can, unless they have your PIN and your phone.

Features:
• Today / Week / Compendium views over your schedule, with recurring appointments and an appointment timer.
• Per-client notes and in-app photos.
• Loyalty tiers, plus an optional "sensitive" flag with a separate sensitive PIN for higher-value records.
• Services catalog with add-ons and highlight palettes.

Encrypted Transfer (optional one-time purchase):
Moving to a new phone? Export your whole vault — clients, appointments, services, notes, photos, and your vault keys — as a single file sealed with a passphrase only you know, then import it on the new phone and unlock with the same PIN. You choose where the file goes; Sly never uploads it. The app itself is free; Encrypted Transfer is a single in-app purchase, no subscription.

Security:
• No app-initiated network. The app's own code opens no connections; the only network access in the installed app comes from Google Play Billing, for the optional purchase.
• SQLCipher AES-256 database, key derived from your PIN via Argon2id.
• Notifications only show "Appointment at HH:MM" — never the client's name, service, or address.
• Photos captured in-app, never written to the Android photo library. Recents screenshot masked with FLAG_SECURE.
• Biometric unlock is a convenience layer on top of the PIN and never substitutes for the sensitive PIN.
