Smart Reports for Railway Undertakings/Infrastructure Managers

innowayte digitizes your railway operations. Securely and efficiently record monitoring data, journey reports, deviations, and PZB emergency braking notifications. Directly on the track or on the locomotive.

The smart reporting app for railway undertakings and infrastructure managers.

Say goodbye to paperwork. Secure your company's economic success with centralized and precise data. Innowayte was specifically developed to digitally record operational events: directly at the point of origin.

Your operational benefits:

* Real-time documentation: No more delayed reports. Capture all data instantly, securely, and on your mobile device.

* Informed decisions: Derive the right actions directly from precise digital logs.

* Efficient processes: Save valuable time on follow-up and ensure the future viability of your railway operations.

* Email Dispatch: All reports are securely documented directly in the app and can also be sent as PDFs via email to decision-makers or safety officers.

* Error Reduction: Intuitively managed logs replace handwritten notes.

* Security: Digital recording ensures that all data is tamper-proof and time-stamped for further use.

Key Features:

1. Monitoring & Controls: Conduct regular operational monitoring digitally. Thanks to predefined checklists and intuitive operation, you can document the current status without paperwork.

2. Trip Reports & Train Movement Notifications: Record all relevant data from your train journeys directly in the app, from departure times to operational details. The digital trip report ensures transparency and a clean data foundation for later analysis.

3. Reporting of Deviations: Irregularities must be documented as quickly and easily as possible. With the reporting function, train drivers and operating personnel can record deviations, enabling a rapid response from management.

4. Vehicle Handover: Secure the condition of your fleet. When a vehicle is handed over, its status is digitally logged. Pre-existing damage or missing equipment can be immediately recorded in the system. This allows Innowayte to contribute to a transparent and accelerated maintenance process.

5. Documentation of PZB Emergency Braking: After a PZB emergency braking event, the app guides you through the necessary documentation steps. This supports root cause analysis and fulfills the strict documentation requirements for regulatory authorities.

6. Integrated Warning System: Stay informed. The integrated warning system actively informs users about important safety-related events or operational peculiarities to raise situational awareness.
