Key Features:

-Access Important Building Information: The document library allows body corporates to upload and access crucial information such as plans, building rules or by-laws, waste management, services providers' details, as well as heights and dimensions of basements & lifts, contact information, and much more.

-Streamline Move-ins & Outs: With our automated booking system, building managers, cleaners, and owner's corporations get informed well in advance. Thus, ensuring lifts, doors, walls, and resident security are protected before the move occurs.
