HLogin Mobile

HLogin Mobile is an enterprise authentication app that verifies your identity when logging into company business systems. It filters out account theft—which is difficult to prevent with just an ID and password—through an additional approval process on your mobile phone.

■ Please Check First

This app can only be used if your company has implemented HLogin. There is no personal sign-up feature, and it operates only when your company account and device are linked. The QR code required for the connection is issued from the HLogin web portal provided by your company.

■ Getting Started

1. Log in to the HLogin web portal provided by your company on your PC browser.

2. Tap [Security] > [Devices] > [Add Device] to display the QR code.

3. Tap [Register Device] in the app and scan the QR code to complete the connection.

If you cannot use the camera, you can enter the 6-digit PIN received by tapping [Register with PIN] on the web into the app along with your ID. ■ Key Features

○ Login Approval (Two-Factor Authentication)

If your company uses an app approval method, you will receive a notification on your mobile phone when you log into a work system. Opening the notification allows you to check the requested account, accessed service, IP address, country, and time of the request, enabling you to identify logins you did not make on the spot.

○ Number Matching

Three numbers are displayed on the approval screen. You must select the number that matches the one displayed on the current login screen to be approved. Since simply clicking mindlessly upon receiving a notification does not result in approval, this prevents tactic where attackers repeatedly send approval requests to wear down the user and force them to click. If a different number is selected, the request is immediately terminated.

○ Security Notifications

You will be notified if a login is successful from a device or region different from your usual one. If the login was not made by you, you can be notified directly from the app.

○ Device Management

You can view the list of devices connected to your account and organize devices you no longer use.

○ Notification Management

You can personally select the types of notifications you want to receive.

○ Using Multiple Accounts

You can register multiple company accounts on a single mobile phone and switch between them.

○ App Lock

You can lock the app itself using fingerprint or facial recognition, or by using the device lock method. You can also adjust when it locks and how often you are prompted for biometric verification again.

■ Permissions Guide

· Camera — Used only to read QR codes for device registration. Photos are not saved or transmitted.

· Notifications — Required to receive login approval requests and security alerts.

· Fingerprint/Facial Recognition — Used for identity verification during approval and app unlocking. Biometric information is processed only within the device and is not transmitted to the app or server.
