Munigestion.com

The Munigestion.com web platform created by the company Yotta Desarrollos Tecnológicos S.L. offers Public Administrations and the companies that work for them a series of tools and functionalities focused on optimizing public management.
The platform, created as a common space where you have access to different services, allows independent management of different areas such as parks and gardens, existing heritage elements, the management of official documentation referenced to elements owned by the Administrations or the management of fixed assets among other functions.
Munigestion.com is a project in continuous development in which new functions will be developed with a common philosophy, that the different members of an Administration have available all the information that affects their daily work in an easy way, integrating it into a single platform and adding geographic coordinates as far as possible.
The georeferencing of any element is one of the main characteristics of this platform, since it allows workers or subcontracted companies to access and consult any document that refers to said asset much faster; considerably speeding up the compilation and traceability of processes.
Currently, the App developed for this platform allows different types of users to access it, depending on the profile assigned to them within munigestion.com. In this way, they will be able to consult or edit the information of the different elements of Fire Protection, as well as air conditioning and elevators that are part of public buildings. With this, the maintenance companies of this type of elements will be able to carry out the maintenance assigned from our app and all the information will be collected and managed from the munigestion.com web platform.
