Acorny: Remember what you read

Your highlights fade. Acorny makes them stick.

You highlight things worth remembering — and then never see them again. Acorny turns the highlights you save into recall cards and brings them back on a spaced-repetition schedule, so the ideas you collected keep working for you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Daily review — a short, finite session built from what you're due to recall. It ends. There is no infinite feed.
• Browse your library — everything you've saved, grouped by source, with full-text search across highlights and notes.
• Edit tags on the spot — organise while you review, not in a separate chore.
• Save a highlight as an image — a clean card you can keep or share.
• A daily reminder at a time you choose. On some Android devices, system battery settings can delay or suppress scheduled reminders — the app will point you to the settings that control this.
• Works offline — your review session is cached on the device, so a tunnel or a flight doesn't break your streak.
• English and 简体中文.

HOW HIGHLIGHTS GET IN

Acorny's mobile app is where you review. You capture highlights with the Acorny browser extension or the web app, and they appear here automatically. You'll need an Acorny account — the app will walk you through creating one.

WHAT ACORNY DOESN'T DO

• No ads, no ad SDK, no advertising ID.
• No analytics SDK and no tracking of what you read.
• No infinite scroll and no engagement streak pressure. The review session has an end, and that's the point.

PRIVACY

Your highlights go to Acorny's own servers and nowhere else. Crash diagnostics go to a self-hosted error tracker so we can fix crashes — they never include screenshots or the content of your highlights. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app.
