Sadik Academy is a reputed Coaching institute in Chennai helping aspirants crack the toughest and sought-after competitive exam (Civil Services) in the country. The insti-tute is headed by an ace academician and mentor Mr. M.A.Sadik, who is also the founder. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Masters's in History from the reputed University of Madras. Being well versed in the subjects. History and Geography, he has also authored books on the said subjects for UPSC exams.

Mr. Sadik started his career as a mentor and faculty with the Shankar Academy, in Chennai in 2009. He was involved with the institution in the capacity of a faculty till 2011. In the year 2011, he co-founded Smart Leaders IAS Academy, a premier institute for UPSC and TNPSC coaching in Chennai. Thanks to his passion for teaching, he continued mentoring students at the academy till 2021.In continuance to deliver excellence to the students,
