Volvo Action Service app helps Volvo fleet managers to assign the repair request to a Volvo technician or dealer who is closest to the repair location.
As a fleet manager, you just need to fill in details of the vehicle and its location, the app will suggest you a list of Volvo Technicians and Dealers closer to the location. You can assign the request and monitor the case progress through the app.
Alternately, you can choose to speak to the Uptime Center executive at the click of a button. They’ll make sure to assign your request to the right Volvo technician / dealer, and also will ensure that the required support is on its way. You will also get SMS alerts about the progress of the case.
