Srinivasa Vidhyalaya was started by T.R.Narayanaswamy Naidu and Sons Charitable Trust, at Gandhi Nagar, Udumalpet, in 1972. The campus is spread over an area of 7 acres. The aim is to provide well rounded education and foster an environment of academic excellence to shape the great minds of tomorrow. The school’s commitment to being accessible to students from rural communities is demonstrated by the deployment of several buses that fan out to the remotest corners of the surrounding villages to transport students. The strength of the school in the current academic year is 4,680, with teaching staff of 160 and administrative and support staff of 40.
