About Digital Labour Chowk of MP
The Digital Labour Chowk application allow access daily work opportunities digitally from home or any location, enabling improved livelihood support to labours of Madhya Pradesh.
The application allows employers to log in using valid credentials such as Factory ID, Shop License Number, or Contractor License Number to create and publish job opportunities. Additionally, the platform will enable general public/households to post job requirements for small or domestic work.
Samagra-registered individuals can explore available job listings and express their interest by matching their skills with job requirements. Employers will review the applicants and select the most suitable candidates based on skill fit and other relevant criteria. Once a candidate is selected, the system will automatically generate a formal agreement between the employer and the worker to ensure transparency and accountability.
After completion of the job, a feedback mechanism will be available for both parties. A rating will be generated based on defined parameters, with appropriate weightages applied to ensure fair and structured evaluation.
