Okel Merchant

OKEL Merchant is an app for food stalls and restaurants that accept food orders through OKEL. Customers order from the OKEL app, you prepare it, and an OKEL partner delivers it to their door.

Register from your phone, create your menu while you wait

• Fill out your shop profile, mark the location on the map, upload your ID card, and a photo of your business.
• While your documents are being reviewed, you can create your menu: categories, photos, prices, and additional options like spice levels or toppings.
• Once approved, your shop will be displayed to customers in your area.

Open and close with a single switch

• Opening hours are set daily; outside of these hours, customers see your shop closed.
• Need to close suddenly? Flip the switch, and your shop disappears from the list until it reopens.
• Sold-out items are simply marked without deleting them.

Incoming orders are never missed

• New orders arrive with a sound and a countdown, complete with a list of items, customer notes, and the quantity you received.
• Accept or reject with a reason. If a menu item is out of stock, mark it so it won't be ordered again.
• The handover code ensures the order is given to the correct partner.

What you need to prepare before registering

• Business owner's ID card
• Photo of the front of the business premises
• QRIS sticker for the store or bank account in the business name
• NIB (National Identity Number), if available

Your menu price remains the same

• OKEL doesn't deduct commission from food and doesn't increase your menu prices in the customer app.
• No monthly fees and no registration fees.

OKEL was built for village-scale services. This app is specifically for food stalls and restaurants that serve food. If you're looking for an app for ordering, look for OKEL for customers; for delivery, look for OKEL Mitra.
