Hanse Club

Hanse Club is the portal for Hanse Club members — and for everyone who sails a
HanseYachts AG yacht or is thinking about it. Six brands, one club: Hanse, Dehler, Moody,
Fjord, Sealine and Ryck.

At its core it is knowledge and service: your yacht's manual, an AI assistant that answers
from it, every route to the yard, and the club programme. With a Sentinel unit aboard, the
digital twin and live readings come on top.


WORKS WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT

Models, catalogues, technical specifications, dealers and club dates are open without
registering. A demo yacht shows every onboard feature before you commit.


MANUAL AND KNOWLEDGE

• Your yacht's manual, searchable in full text — type a term and jump straight to the
passage instead of scrolling 200 pages of PDF
• Documents per model from the Hanse archive: manuals, certificates, references
• For the Hanse 360, 385 and 460, Fjord 39 XL, Moody Decksaloon 48 and Sealine C390 the
manual ships inside the app — readable aboard with no signal
• Technical specifications per model: length, beam, draft, ballast, engine and berths
• Store your own boat papers and safety certificates, with a reminder before one expires


HANSE GPT — THE ASSISTANT

• Ask in plain words: "How do I set up shore power?" or "What does low fresh water
pressure mean?"
• It answers from the Hanse documents and names the source with a page number — you can
check every answer in the manual rather than take it on trust
• Your yacht is already in context: no need to explain model, build year or equipment,
and with a Sentinel unit connected it knows the current state aboard
• Conversations are kept — last week's thread is still there
• Questions about manuals, support, spare parts and boats, around the clock


SERVICE

• One route for every request: spare parts, technical questions, maintenance, digital
services, membership — each prefilled and with the yacht attached
• Report an issue with photos and priority, and follow it through to closure
• Dealer directory: who sells and services which brand, and where
• Emergency: position, coastguard numbers and the nearest help, two taps away

MY YACHT — WITH A SENTINEL UNIT

• The digital twin of your yacht, linked by hull identification number
• Live readings from the unit aboard: position, speed through water, batteries, shore
power, bilge, tank levels and temperatures
• Every reading opens into a chart, so a slow drain is visible before it strands you
• Digital switching: the comfort circuits on the DC panel, laid out the way your yacht
is wired
• Warnings in plain words, with the next step attached
• Nautical chart with sea marks, the route travelled, harbours and moorings
• Weather where the boat lies, not where the phone is
• Logbook with trips, route and notes, kept on the device
• Own more than one yacht? Switch between them without signing out


PRIVACY

No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking components, no advertising identifiers,
no profiling. Accounts, service requests and documents are stored on servers in Germany.
Your logbook, boat papers and own images never leave your device. Location access is
optional and used only for the chart, the weather and dealers near you.

REQUIREMENTS

The manual, assistant, service, club calendar and catalogue need no extra hardware. Live
readings, history charts and digital switching require a Sentinel unit aboard and your own
Sentinel account. Available in German and English.
