This update enhances account and case management with streamlined profile-to-case association for users with an MCA account linked to an MCI but no case number. It also expands LIHEAP account creation through SSN and MCI validation, refines user-facing text and dropdown options, and addresses multiple bugs to improve overall app functionality, clarity, consistency, and usability.
