1555 has been upgraded and serves digitally through the specific application for mobile phones and smart devices, for labor, insurance and social issues of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the supervised entities e-EFKA, DYPA, NAT, TEKA, MTPY, Labor Matters, Labor Inspection, as well as for OPECA matters.
Through the 1555 application, the citizen can be served directly, easily and authoritatively for the issues that concern him, without requiring a call to the 1555 call center. In simple words, he can now find advice digitally and from his mobile phone.
The main feature of the application is the Digital Service, through which citizens can:
• To connect and use the electronic services of all agencies supervised by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
• Submit personalized requests or questions (tickets) and monitor the progress of these requests, through a personal inbox/repository of answers.
