Color is a perception that occurs when light reaches the retina of the eye in different ways. This perception varies due to the impact of light on the materials and partially absorbed and partially reflected, which are called hues or colors. If all wavelengths reach our eyes simultaneously, we perceive it as white, and if no light reaches our eyes, we perceive it as black. The human eye can detect wavelengths between 380 nm and 780 nm, so this part of the electromagnetic spectrum is called visible light. Although an analogy is made for the thin and deep sounds we hear with our ears, for colors, unlike the sound perception, the light frequencies coming at the same time cannot be perceived from different channels (in other words, the eye cannot perform frequency analysis), so although we hear the thin and deep sounds at the same time without mixing them together, this is "too much" for our eyes. We can only perceive combinations of different light frequencies since there is no "phony." Various color models have been developed to explain this principle or to use it in practical applications.

The intermediate color that emerges by mixing the two primary colors complements the main color that is not included in the mix. Green for red, orange for blue, and purple for yellow serve as a complementary color. At the same time, these contrasting colors create balance when used together.

Neutral colors are neutral colors such as white, black, and gray. They help to obtain a variety of colors rather than a particular color feature. Neutral colors are restful; It has a satisfying meaning and mature effects. Black color creates depth, and dark white creates a feeling of lightness, cleanliness, and intimacy.

The human spirit is affected in various ways by the characteristics of colors and the different air they create and reflect.
