PongSnap4

PongSnap4 is an mahjong-based timing game featuring a unique elliptical ring with anchor points.

1. Press START: Shuffles 12 tiles, generates lucky tile/wind, begins four-gate animation
2. Gates move independently around the ring at different base intervals
3. Press STOP: Calculates per-gate phase, seeds LCG for each, generates independent deceleration plans
4. Gates decelerate with interval growth, lock tiles at current positions
5. Four captures: Each gate captures one tile using nearest anchor targeting
6. Final stop after all gates complete finalHold countdown
