CloudHome

CloudHome is an app for residents of apartment buildings. It lets you see
your apartment's utility account, pay your bills, and open the entrance
door and the elevator from your phone.

The app is intended for residents of buildings where the CloudHome
card-access system is installed. Signing in requires a personal ID and a
password issued by the building administration. There is no self
registration inside the app.


WHAT YOU CAN DO

1. See your balance and debt

The home screen shows your apartment's current balance, the monthly
charge and your account number. If the balance is negative, the app
shows exactly how much you owe.

2. Review your transaction history

Separate tabs list every charge, every payment and every guest entry.
Each item shows the date, the amount and the resulting balance.

3. Top up your balance with a bank card

Choose an amount in the app and you are taken to our secure page
licensed payment provider. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The amount
appears on your balance as soon as the bank confirms it. The app never
stores your card details — they are handled only by the provider.

You can also top up from TBC PAY self-service terminals using your
account number, which is shown in the app.

4. Open the entrance door and the elevator

A separate tab lists every door and elevator in your building. Tapping a
button opens it. This is useful when you have left your access card at
home.

5. Guest code

Every resident has a personal eight-digit code for visitors. Your guest
enter it on the entrance keypad and come in without you having to go
down. Every entry appears in your history. You can regenerate the code at
any time the old one stops working immediately.

6. See your access cards

Your profile lists all access cards (chips) linked to your account.

7. Building overview for the chairman

If you are the chairman of the building, the app additionally shows the
whole building: a list of apartments with their balances, the total debt,
the amount collected this month and which residents are restricted. The
list is sorted so the largest debt comes first, and each apartment has a
call button.

8. Three languages

The interface is available in Georgian, English and Russian. You can
change the language in your profile at any time.


HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

Card readers are installed on the entrance door and the elevator
building. Each resident receives an access card and an account. The
monthly charge is applied automatically, and payment is made by card or
at a terminal. If a debt builds up on the account, access is temporary
restricted and is restored as soon as the balance is topped up.


DATA AND SECURITY

The app stores your name, personal ID, phone number, apartment address
and transaction history. Card number, expiry date and CVV are not
stored. The connection to our server is encrypted.
