Fyndr Manager

Fyndr Manager is the landlord and property manager companion to Fyndr, the rental search app for Kenya. List your units, talk to interested renters, and keep leases and tenants organised from your phone.

LIST YOUR PROPERTIES
Add buildings and individual units with photos, floor plans, key facts, rent terms and availability dates. Set up multi-floor buildings, including ground floor and basement levels, and keep each unit's status current so renters only see what is actually available.

SHOWCASE WITH VIDEO TOURS
Upload a video tour of a unit so renters can see the space before they book a visit.

ANSWER INQUIRIES FAST
Every renter inquiry lands in one inbox. Chat in real time, share photos and documents, view a renter's profile, and block or report anyone who isn't behaving.

REVIEW OFFERS
See the offers renters send on each listing and open the details before you decide.

MANAGE LEASES AND TENANTS
Create leases with rent amount, deposit and due day, keep lease documents in one place, and see your full tenant roster at a glance.

STAY ON TOP OF ACTIVITY
Get notified about new inquiries, messages and viewings, and see where your account is signed in from the Linked devices screen.

Fyndr Manager works alongside the Fyndr app that renters use to search, save listings and pay rent.
