Dipole: Strategy Board Game

Dipole is a strategy game for two players, designed by Mark Steere. The rules are simple, and every move counts.

Each side starts with a single stack of 12 checkers. On your turn, move all or part of a stack exactly as many squares as the checkers you move. Land on one of your own stacks to merge, capture an enemy stack no bigger than your moving group, or move off the edge of the board. Take all of your opponent's checkers out of play to win.
