BRÜNE

Welcome to BRÜNE, your Pilates Reformer studio in Lons-le-Saunier. ❤️‍🔥

Pilates Reformer is practiced on a machine equipped with springs that assist your movements, allowing you to work your entire body. You'll strengthen your deep muscles, improve your posture, mobility, and stability, all while working with precision and control.

At BRÜNE, sessions are held in small groups of no more than 7 people, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. No prior Pilates experience is necessary to begin: sessions are suitable for beginners as well as those already familiar with the Reformer. The difficulty of the exercises can be adjusted to suit your level and abilities.

And because a session at BRÜNE isn't just about the machines, everything is designed to make you feel comfortable. Lockers, towels, and toiletries are available: you have everything you need to fully enjoy your time. All you need to bring are your non-slip socks and a water bottle. 🧦💦
