CLS - Manager

CLS Manager is the official application of Self-Service Lockers, a designer and manufacturer based in Romagnat, France. It allows you to easily manage and control our entire range of connected lockers: 22-locker modules, 16 mixed-use lockers, 11 wide lockers, rotating lockers, and Distri’Pots with integrated payment terminals. Each module is available with three fixed temperatures: chilled, ambient, or dry, to meet the specific needs of each type of product.

Designed for producers, retailers, and managers of independent points of sale, CLS Manager centralizes everything you need to manage your products, track your sales, and control your equipment remotely, from anywhere.

- Product configuration & locker preparation:
Easily define your product parameters: price, weight, photos, descriptions, discounts, expiration alerts, etc. The product catalog is fully editable at any time.

You then prepare your products in your lab and can pre-fill the lockers with price, weight, and quantity information to simplify your delivery routes.

- Supply management:
The application automatically identifies empty lockers, sold or nearing expiration dates, and stock levels to provide you with a customized supply list for each location. You know exactly what to prepare before each trip.

- Multi-site management and fleet monitoring:
Whether you manage one or multiple locations, all your lockers are grouped in a single interface. You have instant access to sales, locker status, alerts, settings, and all the necessary data.

- Local or remote control:
From your phone, you can open or lock a locker, check the door status, view statuses, or modify products. This allows you to maintain control of your equipment, even when you're miles away.

- Historical data, sales, and remote collection:
CLS Manager provides you with your complete sales history: sales by day, month, or year, transaction details, bank information, remote collection data, and lists of sold or expired products. You have a comprehensive and reliable overview of your business.

- Dashboard:
The dashboard displays your key performance indicators: revenue, sales trends, expired or short-dated products, and activity by location or locker. You can immediately see what's working and what needs attention.
