AssoFrais – Frais bénévoles

AssoFrais simplifies the management of expenses incurred by volunteers.

Do you travel long distances for your organization? Do you sometimes pay for meals, tolls, equipment purchases, or other expenses upfront?

With AssoFrais, record your expenses directly from your phone as they are incurred.

With AssoFrais, you can:

• Record your mileage expenses;

• Enter your organization's expenses;

• Add your receipts;

• Track expenses to be reimbursed;

• Identify waived expenses when applicable;

• Generate a summary expense report;

• Easily send the document to your treasurer or organization leader.

Designed for volunteers

AssoFrais was developed based on a need encountered directly within the non-profit sector: avoiding Excel spreadsheets, forgotten mileage, and receipts only being found months later.

The goal is simple: to capture information as it's received, making the work of volunteers and treasurers much easier.

For all types of organizations

AssoFrais can be used by sports clubs, cultural associations, charitable organizations, committees, leisure associations, and many other types of organizations.

Easy management

Volunteers store their expenses on their phones and then prepare a clear document when they want to submit them to their organization.
